We offer free shipping by Canadapost on orders over $49.00 all around Canada and the US. Orders under $49.00 are charged a flat rate $5.95. More shipping options are available for Canadapost and FedEx. Orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

If you need to return a cartridge back to us, please contact us by phone or email for a RA#. Return products should be packed in their original box with insert to avoid being damaged during shipping.
Remanufactured/Compatible Cartridges Defective cartridges may be returned within 365 days of the purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened, we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us by email or toll free to set up a replacement or return.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after your returned item has been received by us. Refund will be the same form of your payment. The limit of our liability is the cost of the item.
